To this end we’ve built a world-class API and partnered with the e-commerce industry’s leading platforms to build deep retailer integrations. Yet our API will need to evolve as we continue to partner with new retailers as well as launch new products and services. That’s why we’re looking for a Frontline Engineer to build new API features and integrations while collaborating closely with our commercial team to sign and onboard new retailers.As a Frontline Engineer at Relay, you can expect to… Take on a role that mixes elements of sales/integration engineering with traditional software engineering Design and build new features in the Relay API Partner closely with new and existing retailer customers to understand and meet their technology needs Collaborate closely with our commercial team at every stage of the commercial journey, from evaluating prospective customers through to technical implementation and go-live Play a key role in exponentially expanding Relay’s business You might be a great fit for this role if… You have established a track record of success over four or more years in a role such as sales engineer, integration engineer, or forward deployed engineer. You’re eager to develop your technical skills while continuing to have a strong commercial impact. You have high agency and take pride of ownership in your work. You have deep empathy for the humans for whom you build technology, including customers, partners, and your fellow colleagues.
