Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic growth. Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive curriculum plans and ensure continuity of learning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and achievement. Participate in school-wide events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements Fluent Spanish speaker with a strong command of the language. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching Spanish at the primary and/or secondary level. Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
