Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents. An enthusiastic and passionate approach to teaching, inspiring a love and appreciation for Maths. The ability to effectively manage a classroom, maintaining discipline and ensuring a positive learning environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
