Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. Monitor and track student performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions. Attend staff meetings and contribute to the overall development and improvement of the Geography curriculum. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessment, and progress. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field. Teaching qualification and valid teaching certification. Relevant experience teaching Geography to primary and/or secondary school students. Extensive knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver engaging and innovative lessons. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
