We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing technology team in our next phase of expansion.RequirementsThe role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect: Work with clients, with responsibility for achieving client satisfaction, producing deliverables to expected quality and within commercial constraints. Build and maintain strong client relationships as you will be embedded in the client’s delivery teams working directly with client staff and consultants from other organisations. Contribute and collaborate with a range of stakeholders routinely. Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances. Support business development by identifying and exploiting new business opportunities. Exhibit agile Scrum leadership and facilitates team events, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Review and Retrospective to ensure they are productive and kept within the timebox. Therefore, we only have a two stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and the next is a 1 hour Teams call with two of the team. It's as easy as that! After all, recruitment is a two-way process!Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years. This role requires you to already hold a high-level security clearance prior to joining.Customer sites are based in Gloucestershire and Manchester and you must be willing to travel to one of these sites.The salary banding for this role is £50-85k, depending on experience.
