Planning and preparing lessons that cater to the individual needs of students, ensuring differentiation and inclusion. Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback and tracking their development. Creating a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for the Spanish language and culture. Collaborating with colleagues to develop educational resources and share best practices. Communicating effectively with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns. Participating in school events and extra-curricular activities, promoting the school's inclusive ethos. Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Spanish at primary/secondary level. Strong knowledge of the Spanish language and proficiency in oral and written communication. Familiarity with the national curriculum and up-to-date teaching methods. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, for collaborating with students, colleagues, and parents.
