Business AnalystWith Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements. Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and design innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions. Create detailed business requirements documents and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, or tools. Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
