You will be joining an established team of 9 Senior Consultants who are working across various Data roles in the UK in both permanent and contract markets. Requirements Strong experience managing the 360 recruitment cycle with demonstrable results Experienced in business development and growing a desk from a cold start Familiarity with using LinkedIn to headhunt senior candidates Experience navigating job boards Commercially aware Proven background in developing new clients and growing accounts Consistent billings within an agency environment Ambition, drive, resilience, and a strong altruistic nature What are the Standards & Expectations we live by?
