Scope of role Join our rapidly growing team as a Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing. Dynamic, you'll help drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our enterprise software solutions. You will focus on positioning our products effectively in the market, supporting demand generation activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to articulate our value proposition and drive awareness and adoption of our solutions. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will: Contribute to strategic marketing plans aimed at promoting awareness, demand generation, and adoption of our enterprise software solutions. Collaborate with the product management team to understand product capabilities, benefits, and competitive differentiators. You’ll translate this information into compelling messaging and positioning for well-defined target audiences. Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, solution briefs, customer stories, whitepapers, videos, and presentations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Support demand generation teams with the design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, webinars, and email marketing. Partner with sales teams to develop effective sales tools, training programmes, and messaging aligned with the buyer's journey to accelerate sales cycles. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategies and product roadmap decisions. You have: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related function in B2B technology. A degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns. A passion for bringing cross-functional teams together to lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Comprehensive understanding of product marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and branding. Excellent written, verbal, and visual skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and articulate complex concepts. Intellectual curiosity and an analytical mind to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
