If you’re not, you’ll still make suggestions to optimise the way you and your team work, and then see improvements delivered by our tech teams in real time.Your Day-to-DayThis is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in both Trading and Analytics to progress to the next level in your career. You will be supported by the Heads of Trading Analytics & Trading Strategy in understanding the mechanics required to build and provide a successful trading service.Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Executing our player management strategyProduct analysis across all areas of the trading function to improve overall performance/offeringAssist in the development of segmentation analysis to identify behaviours of high/low value players, to optimise automatic player decisionsSupporting the Senior Analyst in projects for self developmentSupporting the development of junior analystsWithin your role, meaningful conversations with colleagues of all levels are essential.
