With our experience and expertise, we will guide you through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons, tailored to students' abilities and interests Develop students' performance skills, confidence, and creativity through workshops and practical activities Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement a comprehensive Drama curriculum Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support Maintain accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and behavior Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns Participate in school events, such as productions, competitions, and parent-teacher meetings Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Drama to primary and secondary school students Strong knowledge of Drama theory, techniques, and curriculum frameworks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for Drama and the ability to inspire and engage students in the creative arts Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons Company InformationWayman Education is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years experience within the education field.
