No industry experience is needed, we will put you through 6 weeks of Sales Academy training as well as ongoing support and mentoring.As part of Rentokil Initial, Rentokil Specialist Hygiene offer specialist cleaning and disinfection services. You will be selling contracts for prevention and for clean-ups for all sorts of different businesses, giving an amazing amount of variety each day!Here's more on your key responsibilities: Carry out surveys for your clients, giving proposals on treatment based on your expertise and price the work Generating and developing leads on your own and with other colleagues in Rentokil initial Building relationships with your colleagues and your clients Offering excellent customer service to our current customers, as well as gaining extra sales Working towards and achieving set KPIs and targets RequirementsWhat you need to succeed: An ambitious, outgoing, dedicated personality who is able to use their initiative whilst in the field Either a background in business development or customer service An ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills An ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently Full valid UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 points BenefitsWe understand that training is essential to bring out the best in you and develop your knowledge and skills.
