Its primary goal is to nurture the potential of each student and to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge for future success.Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and fosters a love for Maths Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for their academic development Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the design and implementation of the Maths curriculum Utilize various teaching methodologies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Maths or a related field Proven experience teaching Maths in a primary or secondary school setting Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and its application to Maths education Strong ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for staying up-to-date with current educational practices Company InformationWayman Education is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years experience within the education field.
