Foster students' creativity, confidence, and self-expression through drama activities and performances. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students. Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' performance, progress, and development. Collaborate with colleagues to create enriching cross-curricular projects and performances. Organize and coordinate drama clubs, productions, and other extracurricular activities. Support and guide students in preparing for drama examinations or assessments. Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Drama Education. Proven experience in teaching Drama to primary or secondary students. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements. Passion for drama education and a commitment to nurturing students' creativity and self-confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver engaging lessons and manage extracurricular activities.
