By ensuring successful placements and fostering long-lasting partnerships, we have become a trusted name in the industry.Responsibilities Plan and deliver comprehensive drama lessons that align with the school curriculum Facilitate the development of students' acting, improvisation, and performance skills Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student engagement and participation Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement creative and interdisciplinary projects Support and mentor students in their creative pursuits, providing guidance and feedback Keep up-to-date with relevant drama pedagogy and industry practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification Proven experience teaching Drama at primary or secondary level Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents Ability to inspire and motivate students in their creative expression Organizational skills to effectively plan and manage lessons and resources Commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment Company InformationWayman Education is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years experience within the education field.
