Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of the students. Create and implement assessments to monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians. Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and a culture of respect. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives. Attend and contribute to departmental and staff meetings, as well as parent-teacher conferences. Stay up to date with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and use technology effectively to enhance the learning experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field. A relevant teaching qualification is highly desirable. Proven experience in teaching Spanish at the primary/secondary level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians. A solid understanding of effective teaching strategies and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan lessons and manage multiple responsibilities. Passion for teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for the Spanish language and culture. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment. Knowledge of educational technology tools and their integration into language teaching.
