We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Professional to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As an Early Years Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old.At Banana Moon, we believe that every child deserves the best start in life, and our team of passionate professionals are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.As an Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities that encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated practitioners to provide a rich and engaging learning environment for children.Key responsibilities: Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children. Provide a safe and secure environment for children. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Observe and assess children's progress, keeping records and providing feedback to parents. Ensure the provision of high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Contribute to the overall planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the nursery. Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Experience working in an early years setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children. Valid DBS check.
