Join an established and market-leading property management company as an Amenities Concierge for a luxury residential development in Central/East London. This individual will take responsibility for delivering first-class customer service to residents and guests alike throughout the shift.Amenities Spaces include: Residents Bar, Lounge and Terrace, Screening Room, Meeting Room, Private Dining Rooms, BBQ AreasIf you have experience in any area of Customer Service/Events Management/Hospitality/Retail we would love to hear from you!Role: Amenities Concierge / HostHours: 40hrs week 5 days on 2 days off (8 hour shifts between 8:30am and 11:00pm)Location: Canary WharfSalary: £26,000 per annum + BenefitsRole Duties: Serving residents, guests and visitors using the amenities space at this luxury developmentMonitoring and maintaining the highest standardsManaging bookings of the amenities spacesMaintaining high standards of health, safety and hygieneFacilitating and hosting resident eventsEnsuring information is recorded using relevant IT systemsReceiving deliveries for the stocking of amenities spaceAssisting residents with using the amenities spacesBe flexible to assist other departments at this luxury development Please reach out to Residential Living Recruitment to register your interest and find out more!
