Territory Manager - Ultrasound/UrologyJob Responsibilities:Drive Sales Activity:Generate a high volume of sales activity through various channels, including in-person prospecting, product evaluations, phone calls, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.Pipeline Management:Strategically manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve revenue targets.Analyze pipeline coverage percentage, target, in-forecast hit rate, and deal profile to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.Adhere to established pipeline management processes and adapt processes as necessary.Sales Execution:Execute sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on identified sales opportunities.Understand the buying process for each account and cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders.Build rapport, influence decision-making, and strategize with customers to meet their needs effectively.Presentation and Proposal Delivery:Deliver proposals and presentations to customers, offering creative solutions to their problems, presenting benefit statements effectively, providing economic solutions, and demonstrating products skillfully.CRM Utilization:Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) daily to record and update customer information, share product details, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate forecast, and close deals.Market Research and Adaptation:Actively research market opportunities and adapt to shifts in market demands and strategies by continuously learning new industry and market information, as well as skills and techniques leading to increased success.Qualifications:Experience and Education:2+ years of related experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational medical device or capital equipment organization.Experience with a U.S.-based manufacturing company highly preferred.Bachelors degree in a related discipline required.Industry Knowledge and Skills:Preferred professional experience and track record in the health sector, with exposure to operating theaters environment and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships across functional areas.Ability to work independently and with limited direction when needed.Strong service-led ethic and a sense of responsibility, fostering this sentiment within the team.Patient Safety and Service Excellence:Approach all sales initiatives with a "patient safety first" ethos and instill this mindset within the team.Deliver exceptional service levels by exceeding patient expectations.Collaboration and Adaptability:Collaborative team player who respects others' ideas and can gain agreement throughout the organization.Supportive and creative in solving challenges across value streams and functions.Comfortable adapting to changes in the work environment, working under pressure with a sense of urgency, and meeting tight deadlines.Skilled at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.
