Present menus and take orders from guests. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events. Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus. Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
