Your expertise and guidance will aid in the development of their practical skills, empowering them to become the architects of their own success.Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons to students. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Assess and provide feedback on student progress and performance. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the DT curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities. Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure the safety of students during DT lessons. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area. Relevant teaching experience in Design and Technology. Passion for education and a creative approach to teaching DT. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom and cater to individual student needs. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Knowledge of current educational trends and practices in DT education. Experience with relevant software and technology used in DT teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational advancements.
