Sales Operation Executive YOUR MISSION Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for performing our full tech stack system administration, establishing and maintaining accurate sales databases and helping to create a positive and rewarding experience for the Commercial Team when using these platforms. You will be responsible for creating string and meaningful cross-functional relationships within the organisation to ensure accurate data capture, reporting and effective workflows. You will also help drive the development, testing and roll-out of sales productivity tools to the Commercial Team. This opportunity will suit an individual who enjoys a highly analytical and data driven role, and who is also super approachable and very much a people person. RESPONSIBILITIES Be the data champion and support the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the CRM (Salesforce) and full tech stack Managing and maintaining CRM and full tech stack data integrity Ensure a positive rewarding experience for the Commercial Team in using the platforms Administer the day to day operations of our CRM Platform, including but not limited to creating user accounts and credentials, ad hoc reports and dashboards as well as managing workflows and marketing activity integrations Be responsible for the tech stack training across the organisation Field all CRM and other Sales platform support queries Requirements Salesforce System Administrator experience preferred Strong analytical skills Data mining and management experience Highly interactive and excellent communicator Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications Ability to create strong and meaningful cross-functional relationships Able to self-organise and prioritise, with a good attention to detail A willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuff done Benefits 25 days Holiday per year (increasing by 1 day per years' service, up to 30 days) + Bank Holidays Hybrid working arrangements – minimum 2 days in the office, Tuesday - Thursday Contributory pension scheme Enhanced Parental leave Cycle to Work Scheme Private Medical Insurance with AXA Unlimited access to therapy sessions through our partner, Oliva Discounted Gym membership through Gympass Financial Coaching with Octopus Wealth 2 days of volunteering leave per year Sabbatical after 5 years’ service Life Assurance - MetLife (UK employees only) Ongoing Learning and Development to support you reach your career goals We are Vitesse – the payment provider of choice for the insurance and treasury industry.  Formed in 2014 by a team of proven FinTech entrepreneurs, we are an FCA regulated payments business that is driven to be the payment partner of choice for the insurance market, by providing global payment services and treasury optimisation.  Operating one of the largest domestic banking and payment settlement networks in the world, we give our customers direct access to more than 170 countries and territories, covering over 110 currencies.
