This is your opportunity to work with some of the largest and highest profile businesses in the UK, helping them and their staff succeed.We are willing to provide training to the right candidate who exhibits the essential core skills.You will:Build a strong FP&A team that can support the business in achieving its strategic and growth objectives:Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision making and drive business performanceManage and develop a new budgeting process for P&L, balance sheet and cashflowthrough implementation of a planning system that is fit for purposeManage and develop a team of finance professionals providing guidance, mentorship and opportunities for growth and developmentPartner closely with key internal stakeholders including SLT, operations, curriculum, transformation, excellence and business development teams to provide financial insights, support business initiatives and drive financial performanceDrive continuous improvement in commercial finance processes and reporting, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyPrepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends, opportunities and risks to senior management and investorsPrepare covenant calculationsOther duties as requiredPerson Specification – Financial Planning and AnalysisCorndel is looking for exceptionally talented people who want to make a difference and who are used to working hard to achieve success.
