As a Financial Analyst on the Transformation Team, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic planning and execution efforts by providing insightful financial analysis and modelling. Your expertise will be essential in guiding business decisions and ensuring our strategic initiatives are financially aligned and viable. You will be responsible for developing financial models, analysing performance data, and monitoring budget actuals to supporting our transformation goals.What you'll be doing...Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models related to all transformation efforts to support decision-making and action planning. Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against strategic plans. Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking performance across a portfolio of projects and strategic efforts. Interpret data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to strategic initiatives. Budget Monitoring: Monitor and report on budget actuals for ongoing projects. Identify financial discrepancies and assist in the formulation of budgetary adjustments. Strategic Support: Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve... Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a strategic planning or transformation setting. Strong analytical skills with an ability to create financial models and conduct cost-benefit analysis. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
