We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Evotec Fire and Security to carry our administrative duties and to provide excellent customer service throughout.Responsibilities Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a customer focused approach to message taking for the effective follow up by the relevant employee(s) Provide support across the business, where needed Raise jobs to engineers Check all job cards and ensure they are accurate False alarm logging and follow up action if required Chase outstanding invoices and update records accordingly Follow and comply with all policies and procedures which includes the Health and Safety procedures, ensuring personal safety and the safeguarding of the interests and safety of all staff, visitors, and contractors. Perform other admin tasks as assigned Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner RequirementsProficient in computer skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in an administrative role is essential A positive and proactive approach Able to prioritise tasks Can work independently, as well as part of a team This is a full time position 08:30-17:00Salary £21,000-£25,000 depending on experience Due to the location of our office you must be able to drive or able to commute to our Salisbury officeBenefits 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Mon-Fri schedule Pension contribution Bupa Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Contractual sick pay (CSP, after probation) Refer & earn bonus for employees
