We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in executing our visual brand identity and bringing our creative concepts to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including pitch decks, web designs, branding materials, marketing collateral, and more. You will collaborate with the senior leadership, marketing and product teams to develop and design innovative visuals that align with our brand guidelines. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, layouts, and graphics that effectively communicate the desired message. Additionally, you will ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand identity and standards.Key Responsibilities Conceptualise and create visually impactful designs for various departments and key company priorities Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, and other marketing materials Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency across all marketing materials Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to ensure best practices are implemented Work with cross-functional teams to support their design needs, such as presentations and collateral Manage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritise deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs RequirementsMust Haves Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Exceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managed Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
