Behaviour Support Assistant Required in Hackney! The school is structured to aid students removed from mainstream education, aiming for their successful reintegration. We primarily address behaviour-related issues but also assist emotionally and/or vulnerable students who have been absent from education for an extended period. With class sizes typically ranging from 6 to 8 students, we facilitate personalised attention and tailored interventions. Key Responsibilities: Support students with diverse needs, including EHCPs.Cultivate an inclusive learning atmosphere.Collaborate with teaching staff to tackle behavioural issues.Involve students in activities fostering holistic development. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Maintain composure and focus amidst challenges.Display confidence to engage and motivate students.Recognise individual student challenges and offer tailored support.Ready to manage verbal aggression without emotional reactions.
