Roles & Responsibilities Assist Lunit's customers and partners with the preparation and install of Lunit INSIGHT solutions in various environments Lead discussions about the technical aspects of Lunit INSIGHT integrations in various settings, in close cooperation with Lunit colleagues from other teams Provide technical support and troubleshooting as part of a multidisciplinary Customer Success Management team Provide training sessions and documentation for colleagues, partners and customers Collect feedback and requests for product improvements, and communicate them to headquarters Requirements Qualifications Over 5 years of experience with PACS, RIS or hospital system operations and workflows Extensive knowledge of interoperability in the medical domain and of communication standards such as DICOM and HL7 Solid understanding of the Linux CLI Strong troubleshooting, organizational, training and team communication skills Proficient in English Bachelor’s degree Preferred Experiences Experience with implementing various open source software and containerization Experience with cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure and GCP) and APIs Understanding of databases and web servers (Nginx, Apache) Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Bash, Python) Experience in the medical industry or HealthCare IT Experience with medical AI Second language (French, German and/or Spanish) How to ApplyCV (resume, free format) submission required‍♀️ Hiring ProcessDocument Screening → 1st Competency-based Interview → 2nd Competency-based Interview → Culture-fit Interview → Onboarding Work Conditions and Environment Work type: full-time Working from home Salary: after negotiation ETCIf you misrepresent your experience or education or provide false or fraudulent information in or with your application, it may be grounds for cancellation of the employment.
