What the job does:As part of the Packaging Development team, the Packaging Project Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the project management of all artwork projects. By working closely with the Artwork, Master Data, Operations, Copy, Product Development and Regulatory teams, you will have a great understanding of the process and working collaboratively. Guided by the Packaging Project Manager, you will support on projects relating to the brand’s growth and into new markets & territories.Role Accountabilities: Support in the project management of artwork projects relating to new distribution channels, reformulation and multi-language packaging Using the artwork management tool ESKO to effectively create over labels and update existing artworks and phase in. To work closely with our Master Data team on component code and barcode creation requests and ensuring clear communication of the codes to the Packaging Team and our suppliers Keep internal filing up to date with the latest artworks for registration and visual merchandising Keep internal documents up to date such as packaging copy and Bill of Materials Build & maintain strong relationships with our external suppliers To help maintain the packaging library and archive To support the artwork process by reviewing and approving artworks and proofs internally and with our external suppliers Support and contribute the CPA management to ensure packaging artworks are delivered on time Cross functional support by sharing artworks with multiple teams within the business Requirements Passionate about packaging & beauty Prior experience & knowledge in printing processes, packaging artwork and materials in a process driven environment Highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time Passionate about the artwork process with excellent attention to detail Experience artwork management tools such as ESKO Be self-driven, result-orientated and have excellent communication skills A strong communicator who is comfortable to work cross functionally with NPD, Design, Regulatory, Master Data and Supply Chain Team player with great can-do attitude Ability to thrive in a changing environment as we review internal processes Be excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a #dreaamteam are key.
