JOB TITLE: Credit ControllerLOCATION: Heathrow REPORTING TO: Accounts Receivable Manager SALARY: CompetitiveOVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION: Work as part of a small team providing high quality credit control and cash collections across ABM UK.Main Duties & Responsibilities: High volume credit control. Maximising cash collections. Chasing overdue accounts by telephone and email. Monitoring credit and limits on accounts and flagging those that need to be put on hold. Managing the AR sub-ledgers to keep on top of late payments. Allocating cash. Reconciling accounts. Processing queried invoices. Chairing weekly meetings with Operations on Collections and engaging the team to ensure minimisation on aged items and proactive action is taken on queried items. Providing detailed Debtors reporting and commentary. Person Specification:Essential Minimum 3 years in credit control High level of understanding AR ledger and cashflow. Intermediate in Excel, and confident in other computer applications. Very high level of organisation and communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and individually. Qualifications associated to credit control would be advantageous.
