Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics. Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
