As a pivotal link between creative ideation and campaign realisation, this role involves close collaboration with the Commercial team to bring visionary campaigns to life across our channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of social media expertise, brand storytelling capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects with significant clients in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at understanding a creative brief, scripting, storyboarding, executing compelling cross-channel campaigns and thrive in a role that demands strong project management and organisational skills, we invite you to become an integral part of our team.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Take charge of scripting, storyboarding, and executing brand partnership campaigns, ensuring they align with client expectations and Flight Studio's standards. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Commercial Team to understand campaign visions and requirements, and liaise with videographers, editors, and the social media team to ensure seamless execution. Client Interaction: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the campaign execution process, ensuring their vision is accurately realised and expectations are met. Content Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of social media and content trends to produce industry leading partnership campaigns that resonate with audiences and surpass brand partnership goals. Project Management: Oversee multiple campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. RequirementsMust Haves: Proven Content Production Experience: Demonstrable experience in content production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in brand partnerships, social media campaigns, and multimedia content creation. Social Media and Content Mastery: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge creatively and effectively. Strong Storytelling Skills: Outstanding ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and captivate audiences, aligning with brand messages and campaign objectives. Excellent Organisational Abilities: Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Client Management Experience: Familiarity with working alongside significant brand partner clients, with a professional demeanor and the ability to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across different teams and disciplines. Nice To Haves: Experience in a similar environment: Previous experience working in podcasting, media or agency understanding the unique dynamics of content, brand and audience engagement. Technical Skills: Familiarity with video production, editing software, and graphic design tools, enhancing your ability to contribute to various stages of content creation. Big Brand Experience: A history of working with large brands or agencies, indicating your capability to handle high-stakes campaigns with professionalism and poise.
