HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver required to deliver hardware building materials across Enfield and near areas. Clean valid HIAB license, good rates of pay, weekly pay, full training given, nice and supportive team.Responsibilities: * Transport stock by driving company vehicles and meet delivery deadlines; * HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver complies with all driving and Road Transport legislation to ensure loads are delivered in a safe and legal manner; * HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver complies with Health and Safety requirements in depot, on the road, at customers’ sites to ensure loading and unloading stock is carried out in a safe and secure environment; * HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver communicates with the customer on site, as a company representative, and complete all paperwork to validate accuracy of delivery and collection; * Feedback to hire desk, delivery or collection, issues affecting customer service to enable resolution; * HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver сarrires out vehicle checks, follow procedures to rectify faults found to ensure vehicle is safe and legal.What You Need * A valid HGV Class 2 Licence with Hiab (essential) * Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) * Capable of Manual Handling i.e. strapping and securing loads * Use of mobile phones and apps * Physically fit to lift / move materials and moving in and out of vehicles in a construction site environmentJob Types: Full-time, Temporary contractBenefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Store discount * Mental health supportSchedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to FridayExperience: * Delivery driver: 1 year (required) * HIAB: 1 year (required)Licence/Certification: * HGV Class 2 Licence with Hiab (required)Work authorisation: * United Kingdom (required)Ability to Commute: * Enfield (required)Work Location: In person
