This new Contentious Trusts & Probate Senior Associate role comes with strong Partnership prospects for the right candidate. Although the firm is tier one for private clients, and they have a strong contentious probate and trusts team, this new Central London (West End) team will place you working alongside one Partner. The firm acts in all areas of trust and estate litigation and is increasingly known for its cross-border and international work involving issues of foreign assets, domicile, and residence. You will be at the forefront of a new department in the West End office, but part of the firms wider contentious private client team. This role could offer the perfect springboard to Partnership.
