We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our client and take charge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll process, including salary, benefits, taxes, and more. Ensure accuracy of payroll data and handle corrections within set deadlines. Collaborate with third-party providers for seamless payroll processing. Maintain records of employee sickness, holidays, and benefits. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Update HR systems with employee changes and relevant details. Assist with HR document preparation, such as contracts and role changes. Manage annual benefits renewals and holiday entitlements. Maintain employee records in line with legal requirements. Engage in other HR projects as directed by HR leadership. Experience: 2+ year experience in payroll. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and processes. Advanced Excel skills and numerical proficiency. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
