CLAIMS ASSISTANT - £22,308 - HUDDERSFIELD - HYBRIDAre you a law graduate looking for a chance to kick-start your career in the legal sector? This may be the perfect role for you.We are currently recruiting for a Claims Assistant to join a well-established law firm. This role will involve working with clients who have been involved in road traffic accidents, managing their claims from start to finish and handling a wide range of tasks in the process.The successful candidate must have a clear interest in the law sector, as well as exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of case management systems is also highly desirable.This is a great chance for you to build up your legal knowledge and gain invaluable experience in the industry. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis, and your role will involve a variety of tasks including: Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone, handle inbound and outbound customer callsAccurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim detailAssess the potential success of the claimEffectively identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claimTo conduct themselves with empathy and professionalism at all times whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfactionPro-actively communicating with our customer’s to assist them in beginning their claimAssist the Fee Earner’s with tasks as required This is an exciting role for a law graduate who is keen to enter the legal profession.
