Role: Smart RepairerLocation: Cannock, StaffsSalary: Base salary up to £32,000 (DOE) with an OTE of £36,000 to £38,000Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours (Flexible start/finish times)Overtime: Plenty of overtime available, but not mandatoryAre you an experienced Smart Repairer looking for a fresh opportunity to showcase your skills, all while avoiding the complexities of insurance-related repairs?The role:Undertake all levels of vehicle paintwork restoration, including chips, scratches, dents, and defects, etc…You will be touching up paint work on a range of vehicles.Polishing vehicles to remove light paintwork damages, such as scratches.Alloy wheel refurbishment.Repairs to plastic bumpers.Interior repairs will also be involved in this role.Trim repairs.Glass repairs.Requirements:What qualities are we seeking in a candidate?Prior experience in an automotive bodyshop or smart repair environment.A strong grasp of vehicle smart repair techniques.Dependable and skilled in time management.Valid driver's license.Effective teamwork skills essential for achieving excellence and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Become a valued member of our client's automotive team, where your expertise and love for cars can help us deliver outstanding customer service.Please forward your CV to Ellie
