About the teamA friendly team of Subject Matter Experts and Product owners supporting the NAP/PSC clearing systems.We are responsible for processing card and Ecomm transactions from 146 countries in 126 currencies and for over 400,000 customers and handle 39% of the UKs market share of card transactions. The team works closely with 10 development teams to deliver change to the clearing and authorisation platforms using SAFE methodologyWhat you will be doingWorking with Stakeholders and SMEs you will be analysing changes mandatory and discretionary changes requested to the clearing and authorisation processes to assess system, operational and downstream impact, obtain agreement from stakeholders and socialising the change to the engineering teams via agile user stories and s following the SAFE frameworkYour duties will includeCapturing and validating business requirementsCreate user stories and championing the changes through developmentSupporting the Senior Product owner with backlog prioritisation and managementInvestigating defects and issues, often of a technical natureSupporting the development team during PI ceremoniesSupporting other SMEs and POs within the team as requiredWhat you bring:Experience of working with SCRUM/ Agile teams as a BA or Product ownerStrengths in critical thinking and problem solvingAdded bonus if you have:Experience in supporting international dual message card acquiringWorking knowledge of Visa and Mastercard clearing scheme interfacesAn understanding of interchange and scheme fees and how they are applied to clearing transactionsExperience of Single message transaction acquiringWorking knowledge of applying Interchange, Scheme fee and Bi annual scheme mandatesExperience of working with SAFEExperience of Diners, CUP, AMEX or JCB clearing or authorisations interfacesWhat we offer you A competitive salary and benefits A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industry Time to support charities and give back in your community Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
