You will be covering Luton and Bedfordshire GP. As part of this role you will be expected to plan, organise and prioritise own patient caseload and case manage patients and have the ability to recognise the need to refer to other disciplines and agencies where appropriate. You will also be ensuring that patients access prompt and appropriate assessment and treatment and ensure that patient documentation is in line with Trust and professional standards.
