As a Project Manager in the Transformation Team, you will play a critical role in driving our organisation’s strategic initiatives towards successful completion. You will be instrumental in coordinating projects that align with our long-term goals, ensuring that these initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. Your role is pivotal in maintaining focus, facilitating strategic plan development, and overseeing project delivery within the Transformation Team.What you'll be doing...Project Coordination and Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to project scopes, schedules, and dependencies across a portfolio of projects. Strategic Plan Development: Work closely with Strategic Growth Initiative owners and other stakeholders to develop clear and actionable plans. Translate strategic objectives into operational tasks and milestones. Delivery Oversight: Perform risk management to minimise project risks and proactively communicate and solution impact on dependencies. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues as needed. Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with internal collaborators and stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve... Proven working experience in project management, ideally within a strategic transformation context. Bachelor's degree in business, management, media, or a related field. Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
