As the salary is quite an open one on this listing, they're looking at candidates from Midweight to Creative Lead level, as it is more about your skills in Retail Design and aptitude and Creativity. Therefore as this Director is looking less at experience level, but more at the necessity of designing in 3D environments that are in Retail (high-end) Design, and your skills of being innovative and conceptual. While 3D Studio Max is essential for this role, with those who are proficient in 3D Studio Max also being assessed, if they show skills in other departments of design. Designing for stores on Cruise Ships, stand-alone stores, luxury lounges, and a big bulk of Airport retailing, means every day may be different depending what projects you are assigned to.
