Speech & Language Therapists Location: LincolnSalary: £100 - £150 per dayStart Date: ImmediateGSL Education are currently recruiting Speech & Language Therapists for a full-time position in Lincoln. Our partnered school requires dedicated professionals to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.Key Responsibilities: Assessing students' speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs.Developing and implementing targeted intervention programs to support students' development.Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and parents to provide cohesive support.Providing training and guidance to school staff on strategies to support students' speech and language development.Keeping detailed records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Requirements: A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC.Experience working with children and young people, ideally within an educational setting.Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and evidence-based interventions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A collaborative approach to working with a range of professionals and the ability to work independently.
