The firm has an ethos of investing in people and rewarding/promoting them based on merit. The role The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join the firms West End office. You will work as part of a growing Real Estate team of 25 across the firms two offices. The firm deals with the usual funding solutions but is well-known for its forward thinking, innovative and often unusual financing solutions for clients to assist them with them often complex and highly technical loan documents. You will have the opportunity to get involved in client contact and business development activities You will deal with both high-end residential and a mix of different commercial property financing You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and professional department The department currently has an influx of new property finance work.
