Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a well-established Legal 200 firm who are looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor into their Manchester team. The Solicitor that joins this team will conduct work for a wide range of clients across all sectors. The suitable candidate can come from either a private practice background or in-house.Key Responsibilities:- Acting as out-sourced in-house counsel for clients. Acting for small and medium sized enterprises along with owner managed businesses on a national scale. Providing advice from first principle stages. Identifying clients needs in relation to commercial propositions prior to engaging with clients and suppliers. Requirements:- 5 + years PQE considered. Good Knowledge of commercial contracts and advisory matters. Excellent organisational skills. Good customer service skills and able to develop long standing client relationships. Qualified in England & Wales.
