Job DescriptionSpark Foundry’s SEO team sits within the overall Performance Department together with the other performance disciplines, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliates. We are a tight-knit team who socialise together and share in each other’s successes.We are passionate about the sectors our clients work in and would welcome people who share our enthusiasm.Working closely with the Head of SEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategy and ensuring the quality of delivery across some of our high profile accounts.As an SEO Director you will be responsible for developing the strategy, and ensuring delivery of high quality work across some of our largest accounts. The role of SEO Director will cover the following responsibilities;Defining overall strategyManaging client communicationsWorking closely with the implementation team to ensure quality of outputManaging training and career progression of the teamTechnical projects: including full technical audits, identifying issues and opportunities and working closely with developers.Site migration projectsDelivery of roadmaps, project plans and forecastsSpotting opportunities to grow client accounts for a mutually beneficial upsellAssigning appropriate tools for your clientsWork effectively with planning & channel teams to ensure an integrated approachManage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders Working directly with, and managing the relationship with third party agencies Please note that this is a 12 months maternity cover.
