The firm are renowned for their efficient and effective collaborative working environment across their departments and offices and offers all fee-earners access to administrative support from day one.The RoleThe role will see you joining a strong and established team, dealing with a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, and deputyship.As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
