Join us as a School Support Assistant in Rochester, where you'll contribute to the development and well-being of children and young adults aged 5-16 with diverse needs, including Autism, PMLD, and complex requirements. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM.Your Profile:To excel in this role, you should: Have prior experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.Possess experience or a willingness to assist with personal care if needed.Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and colleagues.Be available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 3-6 months.
