KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Commis Chef for our client offering fantasic opportunities to the successful candidates. The vacany will have a base location with the option to work between 2 other sites within a 10 mile radius.As a Commis Chef you will be working 5 out of 7 days a week; working flexible working hours. This would total up to 40 hours a week.The rate of pay as a Commis Chef is: £14.04 per hour As a Commis Chef your duties and resposibilities are: Working underneath an experienced Head ChefPreparing meals for breakfast etcServing the mealsPreparing the fresh food itemsCleaning the kitchen after mealsEnsure the highest level of customer careEnsuring food is recovered and stored at the correct tempurates As a Commis Chef you will need: Full UK Driving LicenseAble to provide 2 referencesExcellent time keeping skillsCommis Chef level experience with opportunity to progressFlexible with working hoursRecent work expeirence in a kitchen environmentGood communicator, able to liaise confidently with customers and engage with team membersSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervisedEnthusiastic with a passion for working in a food service environmentHigh standards of personal hygieneAble to work positively with others as part of a teamAble to work flexibly in line with business requirementsBasic Food Hygiene/ Level 2 (preferred)NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent Uniform will be provided for you by the client.
