This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients in Edinburgh, and we require temporary Chefs for our clients' sites throughout Edinburgh. Our clients which are mainly care homes and other social care sites in Edinburgh are looking temporary Chefs to cover short term and interim term bookings. Immediate starts are available for the right person. Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum). Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and any other duties as required. (Must be able to wash dishes/pots and clean the kitchen when required) Hours of work are variable - mainly between 0700-1700 Monday to Sunday Pay rates vary between clients circa £15-20 per hour Brightwork Ltd is an employment agency for permanent roles and employment business for temporary roles.
