We also offer free training.Knowledge and Skills: Proactive and passionate about supporting children with SEN.Demonstrated ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain good behaviour control.Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other behavioural/learning needs.Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and individual student requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications related to SEN support.
